Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two reliable shipping options to suit your needs:

Standard Shipping (£12.95)
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
– Recommended for time-sensitive orders

Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
– Ideal for non-urgent orders

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Some Asian regions and remote areas may not be serviceable.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). International customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes, which vary by country.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every item from our premium collections. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most unworn items with original tags within 15 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Must use a trackable shipping method

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Nightwear & Loungewear
  • Swimwear (unless faulty or unworn with hygiene liner intact)

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Initiate your return by emailing [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Items you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • Exchange details if applicable
  2. Wait for authorization – Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions
  3. Package items securely in original packaging if possible
  4. Ship your return using a trackable service to our Lancaster address (provided in your authorization)
  5. Wait for processing – We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return

Return Shipping Recommendations

UK Customers: Royal Mail Special Delivery

International Customers: Same carrier used for original delivery (DHL/FedEx) or your local postal service with tracking

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (except for faulty items). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Credit will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 3-10 additional business days for your bank to process the refund

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size or style from our collections (including Big & Tall or Plus Size ranges):

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your return request that you’d like an exchange
  3. Specify the replacement item from our available collections (New In, Not To Be Missed, etc.)

We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return. Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item from our Smart Separates or Footwear collections:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected]
  • We’ll arrange free return shipping if needed
  • You’ll receive a full refund or replacement (your choice)
